YOUR LIFE AS A REMOTE FREELANCE WRITER RECRUITER
This is a full-time, fully remote position, so you can work from home!
As a Remote Freelance Writer Recruiter, you are an ambitious person who strives to help build the best freelance team possible. In this role, you work alongside management to find, recruit, and retain a talented community of freelance faith-friendly writers, content creators, and bloggers for Patheos. You are knowledgeable about our competitive goals, and you help develop innovative strategies that attract those who will meet and exceed expectations. To find this talent, you assist with screening prospects, interviewing candidates, and posting listings for freelance positions on social media and job boards.
You maintain an updated database of candidate records and keep track of each prospect's recruiting process status. Using your top-rate interpersonal skills, you foster positive professional relationships with our pool of freelancers, keeping them happy and satisfied with our working deals. You feel great about growing our dedicated network of faith-friendly freelancers!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 2+ years of experience in content creator recruitment
- Experience conducting successful freelance writer recruitment for a content platform
- Knowledge about MS Office, data management, and internet search optimization
Experience with developing freelance recruiting strategies, recruiting faith-friendly content creators, and using content management systems would be preferred but is not required.
